• Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Provide accurate product/service information to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings.
• Maintain and update client databases with relevant information.
• Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships.
• Meet lead generation and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to sales teams.
• Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
