Pre-Sales - Solution Engineer

Role Overview: As an Apple Enterprise Solutions Specialist at Ample, you will play a crucial role in driving Apple Enterprise Solutions and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of IT Infra, Networking & Security. Your responsibilities will include consulting IT Admins on Deployment, Management & Security for Apple Devices like Mac, iPhone, and iPad. You will be tasked with delivering Effective Proof of Concept (PoC), resolving issues, and providing continuous support to customers in these specified areas. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple OEMs to address customer challenges and aid end-users in transitioning to Apple Platforms - Mac & iOS. Key Responsibilities: - Consult IT Admins on Deployment, Management & Security for Apple Devices - Deliver Effective Proof of Concept (PoC) for Apple Enterprise Solutions - Resolve issues and provide ongoing support to customers - Collaborate with multiple OEMs to find solutions to customer challenges - Assist end-users in transitioning to Apple Platforms - Mac & iOS Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant in the IT Infra, Networking, or Security Industry - Experience in managing IT Infra, Networking, Security, or End-Point Devices in a mid to large-sized organization - Effective communication skills and excellent presentation skills - Apple-centric experience with MDM Certifications would be advantageous About Ample: Ample, a 28-year-old organization, is recognized for its stability, expertise in SI / IT, and strong relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
