Pre sales (Solution Architect)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and business objectives.
  
• Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to highlight the value of Netweb's HCS solutions.
  

• Develop end-to-end solutions based on customer needs, utilising the latest technologies in server, storage, HPC, and related infrastructure.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with customer goals.
  

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and creating technical documentation.
  

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to high-end computing solutions.
  
• Contribute market insights to inform the development of new products and services.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presale capacity, with expertise in server, storage, HPC, and related technologies.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, high-performance computing, and storage infrastructure.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management.
  
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
  
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product management.
  
• Industry certifications (e.g., VMware, Red Hat, AWS, Intel, NVIDIA) will be considered an added advantage.
