Job Description

As a PreSales Product Specialist for CPaaS - Voice at smartping, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement presales strategies for the CPaaS - Voice domain. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth and meeting revenue targets by analyzing customer use cases and crafting techno-commercial solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on enterprise customers and demonstrating tangible business benefits through our solution propositions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the product manager and business stakeholders to define and implement the pre-sales strategy for the CPaaS domain and industry vertical. - Develop compelling value propositions and solution proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients. - Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and drive revenue targets. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our service offerings and translate technical capabilities into tailored solutions for clients. - Conduct presentations and strategic discussions with decision makers, showcasing our solutions" value proposition and alignment with clients" business goals. - Oversee the creation and submission of detailed proposals and bids in response to client RFPs/RFIs. - Ensure sustained customer success and growth in the assigned domains and accounts. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the CPaaS and Voice domain. Qualifications Required: - Overall 4-15+ years of experience with at least 2 years in product sales specialists VOICE in an Enterprise CPaaS domain. - Strong knowledge of the CPaaS market, technical solutions, Voice, and its competitive landscape. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder ecosystem.
