Pre-Sales & Outreach Intern Company: Zenro (https://zenro.co.in) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales & Outreach Intern who will play a key role in our admissions funnel. You will be the first point of contact for interested candidates, helping them understand Zenro’s program and arranging counselling sessions with our senior counsellors. Your Key Responsibilities include: Make ~100 calls per day to leads generated from our campaigns Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English to explain program details and build trust with candidates Update and maintain lead data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets and tracking dashboards Schedule and confirm counselling sessions with the senior counsellor team Share timely feedback with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions Work Details: Type: Full-time, in-office internship Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Timings: 9 hours/day (Monday to Saturday) Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month Duration: 6 months (PPO based on performance) Who Can Apply Only those candidates can apply who: Are available for full-time (in-office) internship Can start between 15th Oct’25 and 1st Nov’25 Are available for a duration of 6 months Have relevant skills and interests Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English Bonus: Knowledge of additional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.) Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, filtering, tracking) Comfortable making high-volume calls in a professional and empathetic manner Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment Any additional language proficiency will be considered a strong plus
