Position: Pre-Sales Executive | Luxury Real Estate

Industry: Luxury Real Estate Sales

Location: Bangalore – Hebbal (Kempapura)

Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Executive in the luxury real estate domain, you will act as the first point of contact for high-net-worth prospects, qualifying leads and creating an exceptional first impression of our offerings. You will play a key role in nurturing early-stage customer interest, coordinating with the sales team, and delivering a premium experience throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and leads via calls, emails, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate property visits, virtual tours, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Present luxury property options effectively, highlighting key USPs aligned with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless handoff of warm leads.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, premium property launches, and local market developments.
  • Support client queries pre-sale and provide relevant documentation, brochures, and investment highlights.
  • Contribute to the organization of promotional events, webinars, and open-house showcases.
  • Uphold the brand’s luxury image through excellent presentation, communication, and client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for client interaction.
  • Confident and well-groomed personality with excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Prior experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle services is preferred.

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
