Role Overview: As a Pre Sales Manager at our company, your role is crucial in turning marketed leads into meaningful conversations and scheduling walkthroughs that matter. You will be the first friendly and knowledgeable voice that prospects hear, developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to explain them clearly to potential clients. Your proactive approach in answering inbound calls and managing client enquiries will play a significant role in influencing customers to choose coworking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Be an excellent communicator who can listen and persuade effectively. - Turn marketed leads into meaningful conversations and schedule walkthroughs. - Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to explain them clearly to prospects. - Proactively answer inbound calls and work on client enquiries promptly. - Qualify leads decisively and influence customers to choose coworking solutions. - Address client questions, manage follow-up calls, and nurture leads proactively. - Identify business prospects and assign them to the sales team for further coordination. - Adapt quickly to process changes, maintain workflow, and suggest improvements to the marketing team. - Keep CRM management accurate and suggest ways to make the process sharper. - Follow up with prospects professionally and prepare smart sales reports. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales is preferred. - Must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and have a can-do attitude. - Strong presence of mind, judgment, and ability to make every conversation count. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence customers effectively. - Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, and maintain a smooth workflow. - Familiarity with CRM management and experience in qualifying leads effectively.
