Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Sales Manager-Propcare located in Delhi, India. The Pre Sales Manager-Propcare will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, providing product demonstrations, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop pre-sales strategies. The Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, assisting with client queries, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Engagement
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Understanding of Real Estate Market and Property Management
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Sales Management Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
