Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales Manager BPMS (Insurance, Mortgage, Healthcare & Real Estate)

  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored BPMS solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive workshops and discovery sessions to map client pain points to technical features.
  • Design, present, and demonstrate BPMS capabilities aligned with client business goals.

Collateral & Documentation

  • Create compelling sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Prepare high-quality responses for

    RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

    , ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Maintain a library of reusable pre-sales assets and templates.

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and qualify leads in the targeted verticals.
  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine value propositions.
  • Participate in industry forums, webinars, and networking events to build brand presence and pipeline.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure successful handover and project alignment.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer expectations and feature requests.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in

    BPMS platforms

    (e.g., Appian, Pega, Nintex, Camunda, Bizagi, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of processes across:
  • Insurance:

    Claims processing, underwriting, policy management
  • Mortgage:

    Loan origination, servicing, compliance
  • Healthcare (AR/AP):

    Medical billing, payment posting, collections
  • Real Estate:

    Lease management, property onboarding, tenant management
  • Proven ability to write winning

    RFP/RFI

    responses and technical proposals
  • Experience in creating impactful

    sales collaterals and client presentations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Certification in any BPMS platform or project management methodologies is a plus
  • Experience working in agile environments or with SaaS solutions

Success Metrics:

  • Number of qualified opportunities supported with pre-sales materials
  • Conversion rate of leads to closed deals
  • Quality and timeliness of RFP responses
  • Stakeholder satisfaction (sales, delivery, and clients)
  • Contribution to new revenue through technical expertise and consultative approach
