Job Title: Outbound Call Centre Executive (Hindi) Location : Bangalore Department: Customer Support / Sales / Telecalling Employment Type: Full-time Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Outbound Call Centre Executive Hindi . The role involves making outbound calls to customers for lead generation, sales, customer feedback, or service reminders. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and a basic understanding of English . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per the daily targets. Explain products/services clearly and confidently. Handle customer queries and provide relevant information. Follow-up on leads and maintain call logs and records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interaction. Requirements: For Freshers: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. For Experienced Candidates: 6 months to 2 years of outbound call centre experience preferred. Proven track record in telesales or customer handling roles. Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and listening skills. Confidence and ability to handle pressure. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Multilingual skills (English/Tamil/Telugu/Bengali etc.) are a plus. Shift Timing: Day Shift Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives Incentives: Performance-based
