Pre Sales Manager

Qualification: MBA/BBA-Marketing

Experience: 6-10 Yrs in Real estate industry

Skills:

• Handle inbound inquiries, (emails, calls, website, and portal leads) professionally & efficiently
• Qualify leads on budget, location preference, and buying intent.
• Provide detailed project information location, floor plans, pricing amenities, possession timelines,
• Schedule and coordinate site vises with clients and the sales team
• Follow up with potential clients post site visit to answer queries and encourage
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, status, and communication
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns and events
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and personalized communication
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead follow-up appomenes, and site visits.
