Pre Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other professional networks.

Conduct email marketing campaigns and use other creative or personal methods to generate qualified leads.

Develop a clear understanding of Serve HRs service offerings and effectively communicate the companys value proposition to prospects.

Research target companies to understand their business model, HR setup, and potential compliance needs.

Schedule introductory calls and meetings for senior team members or the Sales Director.

Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing client pain points, queries, and follow-up actions.

Coordinate internally with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.

Maintain and update CRM records with accurate data on leads, conversations, and next steps.

Follow up with clients post-meetings or proposals to ensure engagement and deal progression.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service summaries for client meetings.

Track and analyze campaign and lead generation performance to improve outreach effectiveness.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry updates to strengthen pitch positioning.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English Language is must

Timing

9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

All Sundays and Last Saturdays is off
