As a Pre Sales Executive at Casafy Realty, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and provide pre-sales support to potential customers in Pune. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. - Generating and qualifying leads for the Pune real estate market through calls, emails, and digital platforms to ensure a consistent flow of prospects. - Understanding client needs specific to the Pune market and providing tailored real estate solutions. - Providing accurate information to clients about Pune-based properties, project features, pricing, and any ongoing offers. - Coordinating and scheduling site visits for potential clients, working closely with on-ground sales teams in Hyderabad. - Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client data and tracking progress from initial contact to deal closure. - Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and required documentation for potential buyers in the Hyderabad region. - Building strong relationships with prospective clients to nurture long-term engagement for future opportunities. - Assisting in identifying market trends and customer needs in the Hyderabad real estate sector.
