Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Presales Executive to join our growing team. The Presales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, playing a crucial role in educating them about our offerings, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with Primus Senior Living. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Nurturing:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, website, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand prospective residents' needs, preferences, and eligibility for our communities.
  • Educate prospects on the unique benefits and features of Primus Senior Living, including lifestyle, amenities, services, and care options.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communications, providing relevant information and addressing concerns.

Information Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and informational materials.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback from prospects to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and community operations teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, open houses, and community tours for prospective residents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
