Pre-Sales Associate (Digital Marketing Platform)

As a Pre-Sales Associate at our digital marketing platform in Chennai, your role will involve being the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Calling and connecting with leads to schedule meetings for the sales team. - Arranging and following up on product demos. - Handling both inbound and outbound calls to qualify prospects. - Articulating the company's value proposition in a manner that resonates with each customer's needs. - Making cold calls to generate new interest and opportunities. - Assisting in preparing simple proposals and updating the CRM system. - Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Female candidates only. - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, cold calling, or related roles. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. - Must have a personal laptop. - Proficiency in two or more languages is advantageous.
