We are hiring a *Presales Associate* to handle client calls, maintain CRM database, and assist in scheduling visits & meetings. The role involves engaging with potential customers, providing project details, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory; regional language preferred).
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from potential customers.
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads until conversion.
• Update and manage customer databases/CRM tools effectively.
• Provide accurate information to clients and resolve queries promptly.
• Support the sales team by ensuring smooth communication between client and developer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,336.58 - ₹15,759.33 per month
