As an educator in our organization, your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. You will design engaging lesson plans incorporating storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning for an interactive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting to foster children's curiosity and self-confidence. - Introduce foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, and basic science. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning space. - Monitor and supervise children indoors and outdoors for their safety. - Address challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement and conflict resolution strategies. - Observe and document each child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. - Communicate openly with families to support children's growth at home and in school. - Collaborate with colleagues and school staff for a cohesive educational approach. - Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. - Prepare classroom materials, maintain student records, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Encourage a positive attitude towards learning and curiosity about the world. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree. - Fluent in English. - Willing to work in person.
