Pre-Primary Teacher for Home School

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities and lessons for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG children in a homeschool environment. Create a nurturing and stimulating home-based learning space that encourages exploration, creativity, and active participation. Employ a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and interactive lessons to foster curiosity and independent learning. Regularly assess children's progress through informal observations and individualized assessment, documenting key developmental milestones. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with parents to ensure personalized support for each child’s learning and well-being. Keep the learning environment clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring that educational resources are accessible and age-appropriate. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families, supporting a close-knit, supportive learning community. Qualifications and Skills: Graduation in any discipline, preferably with an ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification or equivalent. A passion for working with young children, displaying patience, creativity, and adaptability. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and engage with children and parents. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering positive, productive relationships in a homeschool setting. Ability to design and maintain a flexible and dynamic homeschool schedule that meets the unique needs of each child.
