Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years
• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities aligned with developmental milestones
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and support their individual learning journeys
• Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to create a cohesive learning environment
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
• Engage children through creative expression, storytelling, and hands-on activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Montessori / ECCEd certification (mandatory)
• Strong passion for early childhood education and child-led learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Basic computer literacy
• Creativity in art, craft, and classroom enrichment will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
