The Coordinator oversees the academic and operational functioning of Nursery to Grade 2, ensuring quality teaching, holistic development, and smooth progression across early and primary years. The role involves curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and collaboration with parents to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum aligned with school standards and early learning goals.
Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessments.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate academic schedules, events, and resource management.
Track student progress and ensure inclusive, child-cantered practices.
Maintain positive communication with parents through meetings and reports.
Organize teacher training, workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.
Strong knowledge of early and primary education pedagogy.
Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Empathy, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
Bachelors degree in Education / Early Childhood Education (Masters preferred).
B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 12 years in a leadership or coordination role.
Experience with CBSE / IB / Montessori / Reggio Emilia frameworks (as applicable).
