Role Overview: As a Director level executive at Capgemini, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery operations of the practice. This includes managing resource demand and supply, footprint, pyramid, cost, and talent management. You will be leading a practice that oversees client engagements with about 2700 people globally and growing. Your primary focus will be on imparting strategic direction, conceptualizing and driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with other teams, and resolving issues. You will have a direct reporting line of 2-4 individuals and will drive people information management in collaboration with various support functions such as HR, Recruitment, Capability Development, and Demand-Supply. Your role will involve monitoring people utilization, grade mix, and location mix, preparing utilization forecasts, and identifying and driving proactive actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the demand forecasting process, taking into account new engagements, promotions, and backfill needs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage delivery operations of the practice - Impart strategic direction and drive strategic initiatives - Collaborate with other teams and resolve issues - Directly manage 2-4 individuals - Drive people information management in liaison with various support functions - Monitor people utilization, grade mix, and location mix - Prepare utilization forecasts and drive proactive actions - Manage the demand forecasting process Qualifications Required: - 15-18 years of experience in managing large, multinational accounts or people practices in a similar capacity - Graduation in any field, preferably in technical fields like Engineering or Commerce - Masters in Business Administration is desirable - Advanced knowledge of Professional Consulting or Services organization - Strong people management and development skills - Experience in managing the cost/utilization of a practice or account of a similar size - Demonstrated transformation and project management experience Role Overview: As a Director level executive at Capgemini, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery operations of the practice.
