Role Overview

Practice Manager

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Excellence

• Lead end-to-end

  solution delivery

  for Data Management & Analytics engagements.
• Drive

  solution design, architecture, and execution

  across data integration, data quality, MDM, governance, and analytics initiatives.
• Define/refine

  technical management processes

  and ensure their adoption.
• Set up and conduct

  technical reviews

  across all projects, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
• Establish and enforce

  technical best practices

  , standards, and frameworks.
• Continuously

  review and improve technical quality

  , ensuring outcomes meet client expectations.
• Identify and implement

  automation opportunities, accelerators, and reusable assets

  .

Practice Growth & Leadership

• Build and expand the

  Data Management & Analytics practice

  , strengthening expertise across Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, and other emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to define

  practice vision, offerings, and go-to-market initiatives

  .
• Engage in

  presales activities, RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and POCs

  to support business growth.
• Address

  learning and development needs

  across the team, ensuring continuous upskilling.
• Mentor, coach, and develop

  technical leads and high-potential talent

  , enabling leadership readiness.
• Foster a culture of

  innovation, knowledge sharing, and excellence

  within the practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–18 years of experience in

  Data Management, Integration, and Analytics

  , with at least 5 years in a

  practice management or technical leadership

  role.
• Strong expertise in

  Informatica technologies

  (CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS, IDMC).
• Proven track record in

  end-to-end solution delivery

  , technical governance, and consulting.
• Experience in

  practice building, presales, and defining strategic offerings

  .
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with the ability to balance

  delivery and practice growth

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data analytics platforms

  .
• Knowledge of

  data architecture, governance frameworks, and multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Exposure to

  analytics and BI solutions

  integrated with enterprise data platforms.
