Job Description

Role Overview: As a Practice Head in the Oracle ERP practice, your role will involve setting up and expanding the Oracle ERP practice in India to cater to the US and Europe markets. Your primary focus will be on delivering Oracle ERP solutions and services and driving revenue growth in the specified target geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the overall strategy for the Oracle ERP practice in alignment with company goals. - Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams to support their professional growth and ensure accountability. - Oversee Oracle ERP project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, schedule, quality, and budget. - Develop robust Oracle-based solutions by translating complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications. - Establish strong client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and facilitate ERP transformation. - Expand service offerings including solution design, Cloud, and integration initiatives. - Ensure optimal resource utilization, support competency development, and certifications within the practice. - Promote innovation by staying updated on Oracle trends, developing unique solutions, and sharing thought leadership. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams for pre-sales activities, proposals, presentations, and bids. - Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, career development plans, and succession planning for Oracle consultants. - Ensure systems and solutions incorporate enterprise-grade security, compliance, and audit capabilities. - Optimize delivery operations to achieve high client satisfaction and measurable results across large-scale deployments. Qualifications Required: - In-depth expertise in Oracle ERP applications, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, MDM, and core modules like Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM. - Experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementations, managed services, or upgrades, preferably for global clients. - Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on talent development, performance management, and project oversight. - Strategic thinking, client management, and business acumen, including financial planning and P&L management. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities for guiding teams and engaging clients and senior stakeholders.,
