Oracle Sales Director and Practice Head

As an experienced Sales Director and Practice Head, you will have the opportunity to set up and expand the Oracle ERP practice based in India, with a focus on the US and Europe markets. Your main responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, establishing a high-performing sales team, and delivering Oracle ERP solutions to clients in the US and Europe. Your key responsibilities will involve sales leadership, where you will be required to develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand the Oracle ERP practice. Building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing customized Oracle ERP solutions will be essential. Additionally, you will need to analyze the market for opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, and identify and pursue new business prospects using your industry knowledge and expertise. On the practice development front, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Oracle ERP engineering practice, outlining its vision, mission, and objectives. You will also play a crucial role in developing and delivering Oracle ERP solutions by leveraging best practices and industry expertise. Building partnerships with Oracle and other stakeholders to drive growth and innovation will be key, along with contributing to team building through references and conducting interviews. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience with a proven track record of leading a practice and driving sales, particularly in Oracle ERP solutions. A solid understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, including Cloud and On-Premise offerings, is required, along with a strong network of contacts and partners in the US and Europe markets. In-depth knowledge of these markets, including industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary, as you will be required to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
