🎯 Objective:

We are seeking a high-impact PR & Personal Branding Strategist with a proven track record of LinkedIn Top Voice recognition, massive social media growth (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn), and successful media placements. The role involves managing the public-facing image, influence, and online thought leadership of a high-profile business leader and global trade entrepreneur.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and Manage LinkedIn Presence:

• Develop strategy and content calendar to position the leader as a LinkedIn Top Voice.

• Build follower base organically and through strategic collaborations.

• Ghostwrite or co-write thought leadership content (economy, trade, impact, leadership).

• Media & PR Visibility:

• Pitch profile and stories to Indian and global media (print, digital, podcasts).

• Secure placements/interviews in reputed publications like Forbes, Bloomberg, Inc42, YourStory, etc.

• Prepare speaker profiles and coordinate industry speaking opportunities.

• Social Media Growth:

• Strategist Instagram, Twitter/X growth – with goal to hit 1M+ followers over time.

• Ensure a unified brand across platforms – visual, voice, message.

• Collaborate with designers/video editors to create viral, high-impact reels and stories.

• Awards & Nominations:

• Identify and apply for LinkedIn Top Voice, Fortune/Forbes lists, and other leadership recognition.

• Strategic Storytelling & Online Reputation:

• Shape narrative around initiatives like Connecting Nations, Farm to Foreign, etc.

• Monitor online sentiment and strategically manage public feedback.

🧠 Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• LinkedIn Top Voice recognition (past or current) or equivalent verified influence status.

• A track record of helping public figures / brands reach 500K to 1M+ organic followers on LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or Twitter/X.

• Deep understanding of India’s startup, trade, MSME, or leadership ecosystem.

• Prior media coverage in or relationships with major Indian/global outlets.

• Fluent in personal branding, digital storytelling, and PR strategy.

• Strong writing/editing portfolio (LinkedIn posts, opinion pieces, bios, PR statements).

• Bonus: background in journalism, communications, public affairs, or startup PR.
