PR Manager

As a Public Relations (PR) Manager at Oswaal Books, located in Agra and Noida, you will be responsible for enhancing the visibility of the brand across both digital and traditional media channels. With a required experience of 910 years in Public Relations within the Publishing, Media, EdTech, or Consumer Brand industry, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful brand narratives through effective storytelling, media relationships, and collaboration with influencers and production houses. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining press relations and media outreach by drafting and disseminating press releases, building strong relationships with journalists and influencers, and ensuring consistent media coverage aligned with brand campaigns and announcements. Additionally, you will identify and secure brand integration opportunities on digital platforms, collaborate with content creators for brand placements, and work on building partnerships with production houses and creative agencies to embed brand narratives within entertainment or educational content. Furthermore, you will be involved in content creation and editorial tasks such as writing articles and speeches, managing communication materials, and coordinating with celebrity managers for brand endorsements. Strategic PR planning, execution, crisis management, event support, and campaign planning will also be part of your role, requiring proactive strategies aligned with business goals and timely solutions during crises. To be successful in this role, you must have 910 years of PR experience, a strong network within the media industry, hands-on digital PR and influencer marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently create press materials and campaign content. Familiarity with production houses, integration formats on digital platforms, and celebrity coordination will be advantageous. A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related fields is preferred, along with a background in PR agency or consumer-facing brand management.
