You will play a crucial role in the administrative and public relations aspects of Lady Andal School, an authorised World School in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include: - **Social Media**: - Manage and update the school's social media handles for engaging communication. - **Toddle**: - Oversee updates, follow-ups, and coordination related to Toddle. - **ManageBac**: - Monitor updates and ensure smooth functioning of ManageBac. - **Website**: - Update and maintain the school website as required. - **Front Office Support**: - Assist front office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. - **Admissions Tours**: - Conduct school tours for prospective parents, providing information about the school's philosophy and programs. - **Back-Up Support**: - Assist with field trips, excursions, and resource procurement when necessary. - **Print and Documentation**: - Ensure timely printing and distribution of necessary documents. - **Issue Follow-Up**: - Track and follow up on teacher, student, and parent concerns, keeping coordinators informed as needed. Qualifications and Skills required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in Communications, Administration, or related fields preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in administrative and PR roles. - Proficiency in using digital platforms like social media, websites, and school management systems. - Strong organisational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail in managing documentation and communication. - Comfortable interacting professionally with parents, staff, and students. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. The job is located in Chetpet, Chennai, and requires you to work full-time from 7.30 am to 4:30 pm. A laptop will be provided for school use only.,
