PPC Specialist

A leading digital agency based out of Toronto; Canada is looking for a Paid Advertising expert to manage campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including Google Adwords & Bing Ads. You should also be analytical and good with numbers.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with over 150+ clients in 20 different industry verticals and guide the account managers in delivering stellar growth for their accounts.
The position is remote and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in India. The compensation will be based on competitive local standards. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have experience managing campaigns in USA and Canada. Prior agency experience is a must. The work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm Toronto time ( 6 pm to 2 am India time approx)Majority of our team members are remote and based out of different cities in India.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAble to set up campaign from scratchCommunicate with International clients and provide an updateWeekly & Monthly reportingParticipate in forming effective paid search strategiesOversee accounts on search/display platforms (e.g. Google Ad Words, Bing, Facebook)Be involved in keyword selection and audience targetingMonitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROITrack KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issuesProduce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)Write attractive and concise copy for adverts & Ad Words.Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channelsMaintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendorsFind ways to reduce the risk of click fraudKeep abreast of PPC and SEM trendsDesired Candidate ProfileProven experience as a PPC ManagerMust have experience of handling International clientsDigital Agency experience would be an added advantageExperience in data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Ad Words, Facebook, Bing) is preferred.Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.Experience in proposal making for prospectsProficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)Excellent communication skills.
