Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Technical Skills Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or FigmaUnderstanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media contentCore CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency Creative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and time management skillsData-driven mindset with analytical capabilities Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of emerging social media platforms and trendsExperience in B2B and B2C social media marketing Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms Understanding of conversion rate optimization principlesPrevious agency experience with client management responsibilities Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote (comfortable working b/w 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri) 6 PM TO 2 AM IST)
