Role: - Responsibilities
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for your client portfolioIdentify key SEO KPIs based on clients business objectivesPerform large scale keyword research regularly in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunitiesWork with content teams to guide existing content optimizations and new content creationReview technical SEO issues and recommend fixesCollaborate with web developers for implementation of SEO recommendationsDirect off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other identified KPIsCommunicate to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and resultsWork with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaignsKeep abreast of SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Requirements
6+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role2+ year of experience in a client facing roleKnowledge of standard and current SEO best practices for both onsite and offsite factorsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

If you love juggling diverse platformsfrom Excel sheets to AI tools to LinkedIn outreachthis role puts you at the center of execution and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Presentation & Document Management
- Assist with structuring and editing PowerPoint presentations and reports- Maintain and organize Excel sheets for data tracking, lead lists, and performance metrics- YouTube & Social Media Support- Upload and optimize YouTube content (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions)- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare performance summaries- Coordinate with content creators or editors when needed- Outreach & Lead Generation- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage prospective leads- Craft outreach messages and follow-up sequences- Track and report on campaign effectiveness- Digital Marketing & Tool Support- Assist in analysing current company projects for performance using google analytics, AI tools, Lookerstudio and Google trends, etc.- Stay updated with AI tools and recommend ways to automate repetitive tasks- Help integrate marketing tools into workflows (Claude, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (google slides and sheets)- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic outreach- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel management- Comfort using AI and productivity tools like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.- Highly organised, quick learner, and proactive communicator- Bonus Traits- Graphic design or video editing familiarity- Understanding of funnel metrics and conversion trackin
Remote (comfortable working b/w 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri) 6 PM TO 2 AM IST)
