PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Role Overview: As a PPC (Production Planning & Control) specialist, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with plants to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be managing and planning Raw Material (RM) requirements, releasing production schedules, overseeing inventory management and control, preparing, analyzing, and maintaining MIS reports, monitoring the aging of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM), and effectively leading and managing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with plants for smooth and efficient operations - Manage and plan Raw Material (RM) requirements - Release production schedules for operations - Oversee inventory management and control - Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports - Monitor and manage the aging of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM) - Lead and manage teams effectively Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in MIS preparation and reporting - Good understanding of Production and Operations (an added advantage) - Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Additional Details: The company also offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time position located in person.
