Dear Team,

Please find below the job description for the position of PPC Manager for our IT company. Kindly note that this is a Work From Home role, aligned with Night Shift requirements, and we are strictly looking for candidates based in Delhi NCR.

Role: PPC Manager
Location: Work From Home (Night Shift)
Eligibility: Candidates must be from Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid platforms.
Monitor campaign performance to ensure ROI and CPA targets are achieved.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Create and manage ad copies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports.
Manage budgets effectively and recommend improvements for better performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams for alignment on marketing objectives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing, preferably in the IT services domain.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Analytics tools.
Proven experience in generating qualified leads through paid campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during night shift.
Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
