Job Description

  • We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) & Social Media Manager to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets, administer our social media accounts.
  • In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)
  • You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends

Responsibilities

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
    Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
    Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
    Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
    Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
    Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
    Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
    Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
    Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
    Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
    Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

    Leading the team to come up with new strategies that are aligned with the client s business goals & objective
    Educate the team on the use of social media and promote its use with testing in accounts
    Manage junior staff such as a social media executive or assistant

    Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
    Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Requirements
  • You need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager / Social media manager / Social Media Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in data analysis, content management and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO, online marketing channels, keyword research, Google Analytics, Facebook, and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, web design) is preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends, etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and flexible
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • B Com/BA/MBA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is compulsory
  • Experience in working with the team, to set the work done.
  • Solution-driven & passion for Digital Marketing
  • Digital Marketing fundamentals & other related courses.
