Location Sonipat (Haryana)

Qualification Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience 8 to 10 Year Minimum

Role & Responsibilities :

• Handle all the production activities.

• Raw material & Semi finish material planning.

• Pre- Planning for production.

• Coordinating with team for pre-production activities, maintaining status of orders & ensure timely availability of raw material to production.

• Hosting daily production planning meeting. Making 3 day & weekly production plan as per dispatches & providing daily production plan to various sections.

• Ensuring Plan vs. actual achievement of the plan and making contingency plan thereafter.

• Handling Material Inventory; Controlling stocks at budgeted norms keeping in mind potential sale & period for each product category.

• Responsible for job work & reconciliation of sub contracted parts.

• Ensuring daily entry production figures, dispatch details etc.

• Analyzing weekly sales/ stock and external customer forecast.

• Ensuring in coordination with warehouse smooth dispatches and replenishment of stocks including outstation dispatches.

• Tracking of material shortages & ETA of upcoming consignments. Analyze the data of delays due to delay in availability of material, etc
