Salary: From ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Expert with agency-side experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. You will play a critical role in driving high-ROI campaigns for our diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, Quality Score, CPA, and ROI
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for internal and client review
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
• Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to align campaign messaging
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, or Ahrefs
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Bonus Skills:

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification
• Knowledge of conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Pixel)
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Elementor, etc.)
