Role Overview

PPC Expert


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead generation, ROAS, and CPL goals.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing, custom audiences, and UTM tracking.
  • Monitor performance, A/B test creatives and landing pages, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Create detailed performance reports and suggest data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with latest ad platform policies, features, and strategies.


🎯

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of PPC experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Must have handled

    monthly budgets above ₹5L+ / $6,000+

    .
  • Experience with

    high-ticket service/products campaigns

    (B2B/B2C).
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
  • Proven success in lead generation, ROI optimization, and funnel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL).
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (Preferred).
