Job Overview: We are looking for Executive / Senior Executive – PPIC with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical production planning and inventory control. The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, product deliveries, and optimizing the supply chain to meet market demands. Key Responsibilities: l Develop and manage production schedules based on demand and resources. l Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock. l Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for demand forecasting and adjustments. l Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams for seamless supply chain operations. l Provide Regular inventory reports to Sr. Management l Coordinate with multiple site heads to get desired targets archived. l Periodic review of production schedule and achievement in order to meet committed deliveries will before time. l Follow up at across functional departments to get the tasks completed will within the time frame. l Regular upgradation to management through proper MIS reports. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure on time deliveries and maintain ,ensure customer satisfaction. l Manage vendor relationships for timely material deliveries. l Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks. Qualifications & Skills: l 6+ years of experience in PPIC or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry. l Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. l Familiarity with PPIC software (SAP, ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills. l Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical manufacturing . l Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. l Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
