Job Description

A PPC Executive is responsible for planning, executing, managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads, Bing, etc.) to meet business goals – such as lead generation, sales, or brand awareness. The role demands both analytical and creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with budget constraints to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, run, and manage PPC campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Perform keyword research, negative keyword management, and competitor analysis.
  • Create ad copy, write headlines, calls to action (CTAs), and collaborate with creative/design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, bidding strategies, daily/weekly pacing to ensure campaigns are cost‑efficient and producing the desired ROI.
  • Track performance metrics — CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to extract insights.
  • Implement A/B tests (ad copy, creatives, landing pages) to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare reports (daily / weekly / monthly) with performance summaries, insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure campaign “hygiene” (account structure, tracking, tagging, negative keywords, budget leaks, irrelevant traffic).
  • Stay updated with PPC best practices, platform feature updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1‑3 years (or more, depending on seniority) of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads; experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads; familiarity with Bing Ads or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Good communication skills; ability to write compelling ad copy; work well with creative / design teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns / clients.
  • Highly detail‑oriented; ability to adjust quickly to changing campaign data / budgets.

Desirable / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads.
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Microsoft Excel advanced features.
  • Prior experience in agency environment.
  • Familiarity with UTM tagging, tracking tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
