Job Description

data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
to ensure precise targeting.
Manage
bidding strategies (Manual & Automated)
to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
Design and test
ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
in coordination with the creative/content team.
Perform
A/B testing
on ads, keywords, and audience targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and overall performance.
Continuously track, analyze, and report campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards
.
Optimize campaigns to
reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
while maintaining high lead quality.
Monitor
conversion tracking and attribution
to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Stay updated with the latest
platform updates, AI-driven ad solutions, and digital marketing trends
.
Prepare and share
weekly/monthly reports
with actionable insights for business growth.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management
.
Proven experience in
lead generation & performance marketing
.
Strong knowledge of
bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
.
Proficiency with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
(Preferred)
Google Ads / Meta Certification
.
