PPC Analyst / Performance Marketer / Paid Media

As a PPC Analyst at our company based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Your key responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis. You will also monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Collaboration with internal teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing strategy is essential. It is important to stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising platforms and suggest new strategies for campaign improvements and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI). - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing strategy. - Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising platforms. - Suggest and implement new strategies for campaign improvements and lead generation. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of proven experience in PPC, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance marketing tools. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Prior experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of PPC metrics and campaign optimization techniques.
