About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Plant Head with a strong background in compounding engineering polymers such as SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, operations, and process optimization at our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Lead and manage teams across production, maintenance, quality, and safety. Develop and implement process improvements for polymer compounding lines (SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.). Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and cost parameters.
