PowerPoint Specialist / Presentation Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint Specialist who can transform complex information into visually compelling, persuasive, and insight-led presentations. The ideal candidate has 45 years of experience creating high-impact sales decks, leadership presentations, investor-focused materials, and data-driven storytelling assets. This role requires a blend of visual design excellence, business understanding, and the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities Presentation Design Create visually compelling, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for sales, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Develop structured narrative flows that simplify complex ideas and support persuasive storytelling.

Design templates, master slides, style guides, and reusable frameworks for internal teams. Data Interpretation & Storytelling

Analyze raw data, reports, and dashboards to derive key insights.

Convert data into intuitive charts, infographics, and visual summaries. Collaborate with teams to understand business objectives and shape insight-led narratives. Sales & Business Enablement

Build pitch decks, sales enablement materials, and client proposals that articulate value propositions effectively.

Tailor decks for different industry segments, audiences, and use cases.

Ensure messaging and visuals align with brand positioning and business priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Corporate Communications, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to gather content and transform it into high-quality presentations.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Maintain a repository of decks, visual assets, and data visualisation templates.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (animations, transitions, layouts, master slides).

Strong command of data visualisation, chart creation, and storytelling with data.

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.

Ability to create client-ready, pitch-ready presentations with minimal direction.

Business & Analytical Skills

Strong understanding of business metrics, performance data, and sales narratives.

Ability to interpret numbers, identify patterns, and highlight meaningful insights.

Experience supporting sales or business development teams is preferred. Soft Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.

4–5 years of experience as a PPT Specialist, Presentation Designer, Deck Designer, or similar role.

Portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation work is required.
