Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create custom applications using Power Apps, integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other data sources.

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define project requirements and develop scalable, secure, and robust solutions.

Utilize Power Automate to create workflows that automate processes and integrate applications across various platforms.

Ensure applications are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing while adhering to best practices in UI/UX design.

Diagnose and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of application designs, development processes, and user guides.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and train users on new applications and features.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.

Proven experience in building custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions.

Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.

Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
