Power Platform Technical Support Specialist


Role: Power Platform Technical Support Specialist

Experience: 4-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days


Mandatory Skills: PowerApps, Power Automate, Co-pilot Studio, Cloud Flows



We are a dynamic team working within the Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Automate Desktop. We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Canvas Power Apps, including troubleshooting issues related to app controls and connectors.
  • Resolve error codes encountered in Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
  • Offer support for AI Builder and Copilot Studio, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Assist with Power Automate Desktop, including both unattended and attended bots.
  • Understand and manage Power Platform licensing, environments, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors.
  • Reproduce issues on our end to better understand and resolve user problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and support of Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • PL-900 Certification

    (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, including controls and connectors.
  • Good understanding of error codes in Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
  • Working knowledge of AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
  • Intermediate experience with Power Automate Desktop, including both unattended and attended bots.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform licensing, environments, DLP policies, and ALM lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PL-200 Certification

    (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with custom connectors.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to reproduce issues to understand and resolve them effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Working model – Present 4 days’ Work from Office & 1 day – work from Home, but in future we might move to 5 days from office model ( as per client’s requirement )
