Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop IGBT-based power electronics circuits (Highvoltage).
Develop gate driver circuitry with required protections (UVLO, DESAT, Miller clamp, isolation).
Perform power electronics component sizing, snubber design, DC link capacitor calculation, and thermal assessment.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in
Power Electronics hardware design.
Working knowledge of
IGBT and gate driver topologies
PCB design for high-voltage, high-frequency applications
Experience with converter design (DC-DC, Inverter, UPS, BESS, Drives, Traction electronics)
Knowledge of SiC/MOSFET drivers (bonus)
