Job Description

Senior Analog Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analog circuit design activities including
ADC selection
, op-amp circuits, discrete components, and sensor interfaces.
Design, verify, and optimize circuits for
AC signal measurement, SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs
.
Select suitable
microcontrollers
and utilize their peripherals effectively.
Perform
PCB design
with focus on EMI/EMC compliance and DFM/DFMA considerations.
Drive
component selection
for op-amps, transistors, power switches, diodes, and capacitors.
Conduct
unit testing
, schematic reviews, and ensure design robustness.
Support pilot builds and ensure timely closure of all design actions.
Use
quality tools
such as 8D, CAPA, FMECA, and Why-Why analysis to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC, and product reliability standards.
Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
618 years
of hands-on experience in Analog Circuit Design and PCB Layout.
Strong experience with ADCs, op-amps, discrete components, and signal conditioning.
Expertise in
SMPS, DC/DC converters, power supply design
.
Knowledge of
DFM/DFMA
, reliability principles, and safety/EMI/EMC standards.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium/OrCAD/Allegro preferred).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
RF design experience is a plus.
