We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power Electronics Engineer to design, develop, and test high-voltage power electronic systems and components for critical applications. The role involves working with systems above 1kV, including converters, inverters, high-voltage supplies, and related circuitry for industrial, medical, or renewable energy devices. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-voltage power electronic circuits including DC-DC converters, inverters, rectifiers, and SMPS. Select and simulate appropriate topologies for high-efficiency, high-reliability applications. Conduct thermal, electrical, and EMI/EMC analysis for power circuits and systems. Perform PCB design with high voltage creepage/clearance and isolation requirements in mind. Collaborate with embedded engineers for control implementation using DSPs, FPGAs, or microcontrollers. Prototype and test high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex design issues including switching noise, insulation breakdown, or parasitic losses.
