Power Builder Developer

Programmer (around 4 years) of Development exp in Power Builder Excellent verbal & written communication as this role requires direct interaction with customersStrong Analytical skills

The Developer is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of Application and assisting in business requirement analysis and QA testing as required.

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

1. Prioritize the incoming tickets received from end users and to resolve application issues with a quicker TAT based on the ticket types
   
2. Troubleshooting moderate to highly complex issues
   
3. Escalating problems appropriately
   
4. Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact
   information, and nature of problem or issue
5. Strict adherence to the SOP / SLA standards
   
6. Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are
   required
7. Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and
   unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
8. Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future
   problems
9. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management,
   development teams and end users
10. Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately
    resolved
11. Maintain and enhance performance of all new and existing software and applications across the
    organization
12. Continuous follow up with the end users till the issue is completely resolved
    
13. Maintain / update the productivity tracker with information and status of the tickets
    
14. Strong problem solving and communication skills
