Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Must have advanced knowledge of excel, and working knowledge of Power BI, & Power Query
Strong attention to detail is essential. Experience with QA testing beneficial
Experience building, publishing and maintaining Power BI reports
Proactive - able to investigate problems and explore solutions independently, asking questions and escalating issues as required.
Strong communication - able to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
Driving automation using scripting and web applications
Technical proficiency willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies i.e. coding languages, data structures and new software packages

Desirable

Proficiency with SQL, Java Script and /or Python would be beneficial
Experience with Oracle databases and/or Azure cloud environments
Working understanding of MS Excel macros and functions
Experience maintaining Power BI applications, workspace content and user-access privileges
Working understanding of data modelling. Able to read and write hierarchies and dataflows
