Job Description


We are seeking an experienced

Power BI Developer

to lead the development of

highly interactive, complex dashboards

and optimize

business intelligence solutions

. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

DAX, data modeling, report optimization, and integration with external systems

.

Key Responsibilities:


Advanced Power BI Report Development:



  • Develop visually compelling and interactive

    Power BI dashboards

    optimized for performance.

  • Integrate data from

    multiple sources

    such as

    SQL databases, cloud storage, REST APIs, and ERP/CRM systems

    .

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Power BI performance optimization

real-time data streams

SQL Server

Star/Snowflake schema design

, ETL processes, OLAP cubes

integrating diverse data sources

SQL Server

, APIs, Excel, Web Services ERP/CRM systems, cloud-based data sources

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Power BI

Complex

report development

Advanced

DAX calculations

Power Query

and

data modeling

techniques

Mentorship & Collaboration:
Mentor junior developers and foster a

collaborative team environment

. Work closely with

cross-functional teams

to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.

User Story Mapping & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with

business stakeholders

to gather, interpret, and document business intelligence requirements. Ensure

technical solutions align with business goals

and provide actionable insights.

Integration with External Systems:
Design and implement Power BI solutions that seamlessly integrate with

ERP, CRM, cloud-based, and real-time data sources

.

Optimization of Power BI Reports:
Improve

query performance, data refresh speeds, and scalability

for handling large-scale datasets. Use techniques such as

query folding, incremental refresh, and dataset optimization

.

Data Modeling & DAX Development:
Create

sophisticated data models

with advanced

DAX calculations, measures, and aggregations

. Implement best practices for

relationships, hierarchies, and calculations

across complex datasets.
